• Communications: Any messages you send to our support team via live chat, email ([email protected]), or any other contact channel, including the content of those messages and any attachments.
• Responsible gaming inputs: Deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion requests you submit through your account settings or via support.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device and connection data: IP address, device type (smartphone, tablet, desktop), operating system version, browser type and version, and screen resolution.

• Password hashing: Account passwords are stored as salted hashes using a modern, computationally intensive hashing algorithm. bdtjli staff cannot retrieve your plain-text password — if you lose it, it must be reset, not recovered.
• Access control: Internal access to personal data is governed by role-based permissions. Only staff members with a documented operational need are granted access to specific data categories. Access logs are maintained and reviewed regularly.

9Children & Minors

The bdtjli platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and above. 18+ We do not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you must not use the bdtjli platform or provide any personal information to us.

During the registration process, all users are required to confirm that they are at least 18 years of age and to provide a date of birth. All accounts are subject to age verification against KYC documentation. Any account that we determine to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately, any balance will be forfeited, and the personal data associated with the account will be deleted from our systems within 30 days — except where retention is required to prevent the same individual from re-registering.

Continued use of the bdtjli platform after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
