1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdtjli ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the bdtjli website located at bdtjli.net and all associated services, products, and features offered through that domain.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the bdtjli platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited, and that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. Acceptance is indicated by action — you do not need to sign a physical document, but your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

bdtjli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When a material change is made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. The most current version of the Terms is always available at bdtjli.net/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

2Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the bdtjli platform and all its services is strictly limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bdtjli operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. 18+
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any business entity.
• You must not be accessing the platform in violation of any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of bdtjli or any of its associated service providers, game studios, or payment partners.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the bdtjli platform or had your account permanently closed by bdtjli for breach of these Terms.

Age Verification

bdtjli is committed to preventing underage gambling. All new accounts are subject to age verification as part of the registration process. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 18 or above will be suspended immediately. Any balance in a suspended underage account will be returned to the payment source after deducting any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.

3Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of bdtjli services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You may hold only one account per person; opening multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on official identification documents
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number (required for OTP verification and account security)
• A valid email address
• Your date of birth
• Your preferred payment method (bKash number, Nagad number, or bank account details)

You must not provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information at registration or at any subsequent point when updating your account details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

bdtjli applies KYC procedures in line with responsible platform operation. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any point we deem necessary for fraud prevention or account security purposes — we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account showing your registered mobile number)

KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload facility in your account settings or by email to [email protected]. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. bdtjli processes KYC submissions within 48 hours during business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. bdtjli will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact our support team immediately and change your password without delay. bdtjli cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain appropriate password security.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdtjli platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdtjli supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank direct bank transfer.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash or Nagad; ৳500 via bank transfer
• Maximum single deposit: subject to your account tier and any limits you have set yourself under our responsible gaming tools
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bdtjli account within seconds of confirmation
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours during normal banking hours (BST)
• bdtjli does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 via bKash or Nagad; ৳1,000 via bank transfer
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours; delays may occur during public holidays in Bangladesh
• All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification before processing
• bdtjli reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds — including welcome bonus credit, reload bonus credit, cashback, and free bet credit — cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money funds by meeting the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms. Only after the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full may the resulting real-money balance be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5Bonuses & Promotions

bdtjli offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload offers, cashback programmes, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses must be claimed within the validity window stated in the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per device, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the offer. Incomplete wagering will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, and sports bets must meet minimum odds requirements as stated per offer.
• bdtjli reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, change its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to an account if we determine that the player has breached these Terms or the specific offer conditions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the wagering requirement being met.

Bonus Abuse

bdtjli operates sophisticated monitoring systems designed to detect bonus abuse — defined as any strategy by which a player exploits promotional offers in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational gambling. Examples include placing hedged or opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed return regardless of outcome, creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use offer more than once, or systematically targeting low-edge games to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdtjli reserves the right to void any winnings derived from the abusive play pattern and to suspend the account in question.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

bdtjli's game library is supplied by internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

RNG and Game Integrity

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the bdtjli platform — including slots, virtual table games, and Bingo Adventure — use certified random number generation software. Game outcomes are statistically independent, and no player action, account status, wager size, or historical outcome can influence the result of a future spin or hand. Live Casino

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, server error, or any other technical fault that affects the integrity of a game round, bdtjli reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return all stakes placed during that round. No claim for compensation based on an expected or potential game outcome will be accepted where a malfunction has been confirmed. The maxim "malfunction voids all pays and play" applies across all game types on the bdtjli platform.

7User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bdtjli platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or directing a second person to open an account on your behalf for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming additional bonuses.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; initiating fraudulent chargebacks; or misrepresenting the source of deposited funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live or RNG table games to gain an unfair statistical or strategic advantage.
• Use of bots or automation: Employing any software, script, macro, bot, or automated tool to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting errors: Taking advantage of a known or obvious software bug, pricing error, or system malfunction to generate profit. Players who identify such errors must report them to support immediately.
• Money laundering: Using the bdtjli platform in any manner that could constitute money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of generating withdrawal transactions without genuine gambling intent.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing offensive, threatening, or harassing communications at bdtjli staff members or other players via any platform communication channel.
• Sharing account access: Allowing any other person to access, operate, or place bets using your bdtjli account.

8Account Suspension & Closure

bdtjli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• A court order or request from a regulatory authority requiring account action
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your bdtjli account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, provided you have met all applicable KYC requirements. Pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who are concerned about their gambling habits may request self-exclusion rather than standard account closure. Self-exclusion prevents access to the platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt. Where an account is closed by bdtjli due to a breach of these Terms, bdtjli reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance to cover losses resulting from the breach, including reversed chargebacks, fraudulent deposits, or bonus abuse. In all other closure scenarios, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.
